Easy Operation

The Call Center Edition includes a custom headset designed for precision and almost hands-free operation of computer speech recognition systems. The headset allows for simultaneous use of the computer and telephone. A specialized switch and adapter enables users to easily alternate between telephone conversation and computer voice recognition - with just a push of a button. The mute button on the headset switch box lets the customer service representative read or dictate information into a dialog box or forms being used within a company. Customer service representatives can simultaneously listen to a conversation and dictate information directly into the computer, allowing them to repeat the information received from the caller for call summaries or call wrap-up information.

Powerful Macro Functionality

Macros let you speak natural, intuitive phrases to insert boilerplate text, enter data into forms, automate email replies, and even search the company database by voice. Create simple macros with the Command Wizard or work with a Dragon Value Added Reseller (VAR) and customize Dragon NaturallySpeaking Call Center Edition to your individual and group work projects. Readily access and update macros through the Command Wizard. You can even share your commands with co-workers.

Flexible Vocabulary Management

Dragon NaturallySpeaking Call Center Edition makes it easy for you to add vocabulary words - more than 50,000 new terms! In a few simple steps, the Vocabulary BuilderTM looks through your selected electronic files for those words you want to add to the already active vocabulary. The words are added to the existing vocabulary with their correct spelling, pronunciation and usage within the context that correctly meets your needs. It is up to you whether you want to accept every word or only a few. You now also have greater recognition accuracy and therefore productivity with these new words as part of the active vocabulary. You can build a topic vocabulary for each call center project, correspondence, and your survey on customer satisfaction.
